A must go for breakfast. All breakfast orders come with a free drink (cold drink $1.50 extra) highly reccomend the golden lava french toast if you like sweet breakfast. They also do takeout orders here. Important to note, you must enter through the front entrance from the street, not the back door that connects to the mall.

A Meal Experience where Taste Triumphs Over Price I visited Kong Sihk Tong over the weekend during the lunch hour; I found the environment welcoming with the tables evenly spaced out. The service was adequate, the waiter was attentive throughout our meal but after 5-10 minutes of waiting we had to call them over to place our initial order. The food exceeded expectations, I found it tasty, flavorful and well prepared. - The Hot Milk Tea (4/5) was fresh and not too sweet, it did require additional sugar for the sweeter taste but that is a personal choice. - Curry Fish Balls (4/5) was soft, with a strong, fragrant curry flavor that perfectly infused with the neutral fish ball flavor. - The Steam Rice Roll with Mixed Peanut Butter Sauce (4/5) was the surprise dish I didn't expect to enjoy so much. The rice roll was soft and absorbed the peanut butter sauce (reminded me of the same peanut dipping sauce you find in the Thai Spring rolls) making every bite consistent. - Pineapple Bun with Butter (3.5/5) had a flaky exterior and soft interior with a large slice of butter in the middle. The butter complimented the subtle sweetness of the bun. The Pineapple bun was baked well, but in terms of flavor it should have a slightly sweeter taste. - The Baked Fried Rice with Pork Chop (4/5) was the main dish we ordered. The strong tomato and cheesiness infused well with the rice and veggies. I found the Pork Chop to be slightly on the drier side, but the sauce worked well to overshadow the dry taste. - Golden Lava French Toast (4.5/5) was an amazing dish I would recommend people to order for dessert. The exterior was golden brown and fried perfectly, the custard was sweet but not overtly overpowering. Overall I would go back to this restaurant and try more of their dishes and recommend others to try it as well.

Love this place! I always go to their location in chinatown and decided to try the one in Flushing. I think this place is better than the one in Chinatown. Also, cleaner. If you want HK style food, this is the place to be. Must try their drinks. Milk tea, lemon tea, and red bean are all super tasty. Service is great. Waiters stand around waiting for you to call them and they cater to your needs. Highly recommend!

We keep coming back whenever we crave cha chan tang food. This time we made it for their breakfast special. Ordered the beef satay instant noodle; chicken with scrambled eggs and toast and ham macaroni; an iced coffee with milk tea and iced coffee. For the cold drinks it's just an extra $1.50 each and always made right with the ratio of milk and sweetener. Both dishes were yummy and filling. Service was also attentive! Bring ca$h!!!!
